Louisiana RV Type:1997 Scamp 5th Wheel Deluxe	Mike, While you have the wall torn out why not replace the shower controls with one that has temperature control that prevents scalding? We have them in the house and they work fine. Here's one from Lowe's that has Scald-Guard and pressure balance. Delta Model 142910 Good luck with your project.
