Thanks for the heads up Kevin.

Did you notice they redesigned their website? On first glance it looks good, the search works. I'll have to check it out later.

There is also a surface mount, hard wired, switched 16 LED light that looks like it would be good for our trailers. Problem is, they don't say what the voltage is. The 4" task light is on page 8 of the catalogue listed at $14.99

If anybody gets one, please let us know the voltage and actual draw. Looks like it might be good for over the kitchen counter.

OK, I checked out the website. Major improvement. The sale items can be viewed online without downloading the catalogue. It looks like from the structure of the site, we should be able to locate items in the store easier too.

I did pick up one of these lights to give it a try.

It does have two wires coming from the rear so my assumption is 12 volt. FYI-the brown wire is positive and the black is ground. Not sure if they can withstand the higher voltages from my charging system but, for $15 each I will give them a try.

They are fairly bright (cool white) and draw 0.15-0.20 amps.

I will probably pick up a second one and install both under my overhead cabinet

Thanks Kevin,

How high are they?
What is 4"? the LED portion or the whole light?
I'm trying out the new ask a question on the Princess auto web site. I just asked a question about the voltage requirements. Let's see how long it takes to get an answer and what they say.

Thanks,
How do they compare in brightness to the Superbrights you installed or the other LED bulbs you tested?
