Back in my teardrop days, I used a MotoMaster 300 Powerbox. After a couple fo trips out with the same box wired into the Trillium, it became obvious that an upgrade was needed.
The 800 series went on sale, and off I went.
I cut the 12v feeds for the cabinet lights, and wired them into a cigarette lighter plug. This allowed me to run an extension from one side of the trailer to the other, and provide us with 3 12v outlets under the sink for phone charges, DVD player, etc.
The Powerbox also has a built in inverter. So I wired a short cord inside that will allow running the 110 outlets from the box without moving it. (Just need to be careful as this will energize the outside plug at the same time). I've also added an outlet to give me the ability to plug in the Powerbox wall charger and charge the box while it's in the trailer.
Tucks up nicely under the rear passenger bench. I've also got a small solar panel I can deploy to charge the box, or at least keep it topped up.
Next step, I'm wiring up the trailer to a 7 pin (also want brakes down the road) so that I can pipe a 12v feed into the box, as it is capable of being charged through it's 12v out socket.
