Thanks Carol, :wave
We ordered ours. That is a very good deal and we liked yours.
We love watching you and Jim fold yours up. Sorta like Morgan’s Venus Fly Trap (boat).
PS: Is that you in red?

Had mine one year. Only been able to get it to fold down into the circle that goes into the carrying case once. The closest I can get is three Mickey Mouse circles totaling 6 feet in length that I clamp together and tote.

Hi Michael
Lady in red - Don't I wish...... (Maybe 40 years ago).....
You'll enjoy the screen room - but you already know how to fold it up.
Benita -
Don't feel bad about folding it up.. every time we've taken it to one of these rally's - everyone gathers to laugh and then someone feels sorry for us and steps in (this last time at Lopez it was Michael and Lori)...
BUT - We really do love the screen room and we are getting better at putting it back into it's case. :chin

But it was from the California Fun Toys site. They are shipping the "new improved" model. Have no idea what the improvements are except that I see they significantly modified the door design.
I was worried about shipping times which is one reason we ordered from them. We are heading out at the end of next week. It already shipped yesterday.

Gosh, I hope we quicky learn how to fold it up! I've already warned my husband about letting it out of the bag.

Perhaps its on sale becouse they are discontinuing the current model in favor of the new one.
Looks like the door is different, for one thing. Anyway it's the one that we ordered. We'll see when it comes.:)

The second picture looks like it has a solid top so it provides shade. I think the first one looks sorta like a gerbil ball. ;)

just don't open it in the house close to greatgrandsmas vase.
I was trying to tell my daughter how to fold those sunblocker window covers for the car. she picked it up and twised her arms, and it folded before I got words out of my mouth. shut me right up. so be brave, you can do it or ask a passing kid to help. :)

Well, the screen room just arrived this morning via airborne. I'm pretty darn impressed with the "free shipping" since I ordered it on Monday (2 days!!). I wasn't expecting to get it until next week. (I had to put quotes around free shipping since it's obviously already incorporated into the retail price of the unit).
We'll have to wait until things dry out a bit outside before popping it open - maybe this afternoon.
I love getting "presents" delivered to our front door.

The older unit from ourtoyshop is $40 plus about $15 shipping.
The newer unit from californiafuntoys is $63 with free shipping.
It may be worth the $8 difference for the "new and improved."

OK - one big difference as far as I can tell is that two of the walls are almost solid - there is a strip of screen about 1 foot high on those two walls which you can see through if you are seated, but the lower part is solid.
This must be different from the original design. I wonder why they decided to do that?
Had no trouble putting it away - probably 'cause husband John is really good at that kind of thing.

"An incredible 6' x 6' x 6' and large enough to hold 10 adults or 15 children,
this screen room provides the whole family with an instant screened-in porch or patio."
15 children? - that would be worth the price of admission!

Well winter was not too bad, but 18" of wet snow last weekend would make anyone weep.
Makes one look forward with anticipation to warm weather and dusting off the trailer.
