The end of last year the owner of Scamp gave me permission to design and add a Scamp version to my embroidered fiberglass trailer hats. I just got it done and added to my Boler blog for those who would like one.

It is awesome!
The detail is amazing and the colors are perfect. It really looks like he used my trailer as his model!
The hat itself is a very nice cotton with a fabric and brass adjuster (no plastic).

It's a great way for me to show my support for Scamp.

Just ordered my Scamp cap.

I took a little trip up to Scamp factory the other day and was wearing my new Scamp hat...the folks up there were quite impressed.

Roy, can you modify the design to fit on a visor? I'm not a hat person (too hot), but wear visors all the time. If you can make visors..I'd be interested in making a purchase

The those hats cost me about $3 wholesale when I buy a larger quantity,

So that makes the embroidery $9.50 plus the shipping $2.50 (or $12 total)

Uhaul is a trademark that I haven't asked for permission to embroider yet = Haven't gone through all their red tape etc. And Casita has refused permision when I asked.

So unfortunatly I can not offering those trailers at this time.

But you should check with Mike Sanders (webguy@fiberglassrv.com) - the owner of this sight because I created an embrodiery design of his logo (you see it in the upper left corner of this sight). And made some FiberglassRV hats etc. that he is selling!

PS: glad you like the embroidery, I try and get a lot more of details that define the unique character of our trailers in the designs for my collection.

The hats are fantastic! If you can do any surfside, I'll get 2. we're new to all this, and hope to go to a meet soon, looks like fun!

OOOOO I love the hats!! I want one! But I have a Uhaul.
What about a generic FGlass RV (like Burro or Scamp without the side decals) and then add a fun 'tag line' .... there's a lot of imaginative people on this website that could make suggestions. (Do I smell a contest here?)

My hubby and I got both the Burro hats and shirts. We love them.

We just received our new hats and shirts today that have a close representation of our UHaul trailer (with orange stripes) and the name of our 16' Vacationer: HOWIE (Hotel on Wheels...). Roy can't put UHaul's name on the items, but it sure looks like a UHaul!
