I just installed the 6-inch LED tail lights. (60-diode 7 inchers at http://www.etruckpart.com/ for $30.95 each, plus $6.95 shipping and handling). They look good and work much better than the old ones.

So, having no use for the original plastic lenses and reflectors, if anyone wants them, PM me and they're yours for shipping.

I guess I am confused. Did you install the 6" or the 7" versions?

ANd what difficulties did you run into? Any mods needed or was it simply install and re crimp the wiring pigtails?

I used 7" Maxxima's on my Burro. The nice thing is this is a standard City-Bus tailight which should be available for years to come.

On the older round-light Burros the only "mod" you should need to make is to possibly tap some new screw holes (I also used stainless-steel screw to stop the rust), if you get the 3-wire Stop/Turn/Tail unit wiring is nothing special.
