Good Morning Everyone,

Last night we installed a couple of new items in the Scamp.

The first is an Oregon Scientific Digital Weather Station. It has a digital clock and thermometer that tells the temp inside the trailer and out.

It has a hard wired outdoor sensor that I ran through the closet and out into the wheel well. As you can see, it was chilly this morning! h47.gif

Second item was a battery powered Carbon Monoxide detector. Feel a little better with this on board when we run heating units and the stove!

That's it for now...

Jeremy -- you're a man of my heart. First post this morning at 0512. It's just a lot easier to get your witts (pun intended) together at that hour, isn't it?

Your threesome project looks real professionally done. I have always been more than a little cavalier on these safety items.

The only fire I have had was an engine fire on an old Peugeot in the 60's. It had one of those old glass bowl fuel filters. Apparently it was almost full of water that froze. The engine started briefly, then quit. When I saw the flames I took off my coat and smothered the flames. Lost a nice coat and had to do some rewiring, but saved the car.

I'm slightly over the three score and if I want to get the alloted ten more, perhaps I should take your good example to heart.
