I was doing some inquiring on the fan(4000 model) as im sure the boler will get scorching this summer. It seems i will continue to scorch. The fan is $270 + the governments cut = $307 . Thats crazy. Try ebay. You can get one there for half the price. I did.
Come down to the U.S. for a gathering of some sort. Pickup a fan while you're here....you'd probably get a bunch of tips on how to install it as well.
