In my current home, I get 4 PBS channels! I love it. And, I get 4x the Red Green exposure! l31.gif

Given all the complete redo's happening here, it made me wonder,

How would Red Green's camper look? WHAT would he have in it? ohmy.gif l31.gif

Well I haven't given much thought to it but I'm sure with Reds' desire to boondock he would certainly add a windmill to the top to charge the battery. He might even modify the windmill to charge when driving. There would always be wind then. Harold could ride up top in a lawn chair and raise and lower the windmill as needed. l31.gif

l31.gif Well, the inside seams if the trailer had ensolite lining- would of course be covered with duct tape. As would ANY thing that needed re-fastening!

Yes, I would like to see what he has to say about the creative use of propane. ohmy.gif!

I imagine he would cut a hole in the floor for ice fishing..

Don't you think the whole thing would be covered in duct tape??? I can see the entire exterior with that silver tape!

He would have to have a recliner...one that would unfold at night to make into a bed!
I can see the aluminum folding chairs, in the right silver color web, as the basis of this! And, the head and foot could be raised and lowered by the press of a switch!

Oh, yes, duct tape rules! 14.gif

THAT'S SCARY, MAGGIE!!!! ohmy.gif

Let's see, he'd cook his meat while holding it on a skewer over an open flame.
He'd heat the water for his shower...and manage to burn the shower curtain, no?

Oh, dear...this has lots of possibilities! 14.gif

Don't laugh - I remember seeing a Scamp for sale, before I was looking for an egg, that had several holes the size of 5-gallon buckets cut in the flooring, for just that purpose.

Pre-hack we had photos of a couple of Scamp fishing shacks. One could be moved around on the ice. The other was less portable. It had inserts in the floor that removed for fishing.

Frederick! You have my deepest sympathy! Red Green is really funny, particularly his inventions!

I was thinking about setting my DVD recorder and taping a dozen shows. I shall do that and offer it up if anyone should like. He is a kick, one of a kind!

Red Green would have Duct tape everywhere and the egg would be painted duct tape grey. Oh and the Scamp modified for ice fishing was in the central northern U.S. it was a beauty. Keep yer stick on the ice and remember, we're all in this together. 35.gif

Donna, that looks like a group porta potty! How horrible to deface that precious camper like that! Any idea where that camper is located? It needs to be rescued! ohmy.gif

Hi, ya Paddy!
I think he'd put pontoons on the camper for a winter icehouse if he used it on ice so he could have a summer houseboat as well! Funny, but, I just can't imagine it would float!

Love the quote, btw!

Cheers!
