I Just got my Coby TF-TV505 5" LCD colot tv from Amazon.com for 89.99 delivered to my door. This little tv does a good job of picking up the local stations and runs on 12volt from traiiler or built in aa battery pack. I needed a small tv for watching the local news and weather when I'm camping and this works good for that. Only about 1 inch thick with the battery pack removed. Only minor problem I had was the auto channel search missed some of the weaker channels but just put them in thru the skip menu. Mike

That seems a pretty good deal.
I have a Coby portable DVD player. It was inexpensive, and I got it so that if it got stolen, I wouldn't cry too much. I am suprised at how durable it's been for the price. If it died tomorrow, I feel I got my moneys worth out of it.
It shows no sign of slowing down tho.

I'm using rabbit ears inside the trailer. Haven't had the nerve to punch any holes in the roof for a permament tv antenna.

Yes it has a 12 volt input jack but you need to get the dc cable at radio shack or elsewhere. The video/audio input cable is included. Another plus for this small tv is it has a built in dolby stereo for tv broadcast in stereo. Usually you have to get a 15 inch lcd to get stereo and 15 inches is just too big for my little trailer. Just need to figure how I want to mount it, it's light enough that velcro on the back may be an option.
Mike, that looks like just the ticket. I have a small DVD and one of the reasons I like it is because it just folds up and tucks between the mattress and the wall while I'm traveling.
Does this little TV have a cable hook up ... just in case?

It comes with cables to hook up to a dvd,cable box or whatever plus adapter plug to use coax cable from a cable outlet or ext. tv antenna.

Has anybody tried the back-up monitor at Costco that has a camera for the license plate and a monitor for your visor. 
I can't tell if it is activated by the back up lights because that is where the camera attaches or if that would work for a rear view mirror. I thought I saw some thread here about Costco and camera, but I'm not sure where it was. 
It was called Virtual something. Sorry, a little sparse on the info. I was just passing by one the way to the hummus aisle!!

I get quite a bit of interference on the monitor just sitting in my yard. I am leaving on a weeks fishing trip to Arizona in the morning. I will see how it works on my trip and let everyone know.
Several people have them and have not been happy with them.
