Long story short.......Got new tires yesterday at Americas Tires

What started out as a check..ended up having to get new rims and tires..

I went in to have them check my tread and top off the air......when they started adding air to my spare the tire started to bulge.....

So that ones toast..then while balancing one of the rims....I was shown how bad one rim was bent....so I had them put on two new rims and tires.... My only good rim and tire became my new spare....

They look good....and now have a warranty

One less thing to worry about......

Jim,
Ahh..., the cost of security. They look sharp- kind of like the finishing touch. aplas.gif

Hi: My only question is; how long have you been out on a "RIM" l31.gif 4.gif Alf S. North shore of Lake Erie 4.gif

Gina, in the middle photo it looks to me like five bolts : four are visible and spaced for a fifth hidden by the hub cap.

Jim, the setup looks good. Can you supply size details? I can't read a size in the photo, although the tire is clearly labeled "TRAILER RADIAL", so I'm guessing that these are ST-type tires, and thus likely 80-series or 75-series (looks to me like 75)

205-75-14 Greenball Towmaster ST I got this off the Invoice
I dont remember them telling me the name...just that they were trailer tires...
Also got new lug nuts...Acorn lug nuts to be exact..

The rims are 14 x 6 5 -4.5 and called Unique 96-4612 Lifetime structural
and 1 year on the finish They are 5 bolt

Owner number 2 upgraded the axle for more clearance so thats where the 5 bolts came from

The rims were only 34.00 a piece.....Black Friday was good for me......

Thanks, Jim 94.gif

That's the same size as the equivalent-to-original tires on my 17' Boler, and larger (in both width and rim diameter) than is common on 13 foot trailers. I think this new size is a better match for the weight than the typical 13" setup.
