I make & sell L.E.D. Lighting kits that look very much like Neon but without the hassle. It is made from transparent acrylic tubing with the Light Engine located on the end of each piece of tubing. The voltage required is 12 volt DC or use a simple ac adapter for use on 110 AC. Uses are under counter lighting, outside area lighting or simply to add some very nice mood lighting to your interior. Available colours are Red, Blue, Green, Amber, White.

For lengths up to 1 foot a single Light Engine is adequate keeping your cost down. Lengths are available up to 6 ft. Kits come complete with switch, resister for voltage control & doublesided tape. Installation is easy with simple positive/negative connections. Prices vary depending on colour & length required but a guide is $25./ft. Photos don't show very well due to photographic & my limitations.

great idea! I love led lights, we have 2 of the spa/pool floating party lights that have various settings with slow color fade (which is my fav) although not praticle, they make some good ambiant light in a dark room. Your lights remind me of the lit up hulahoops I have seen at concerts.
thanks for sharing! If we ever find the camper we are looking for, I will look into getting one.

would you be able to make a slow color fading stick?

Hi April, It's been a while since I was onthe Board reading my messages so my apologies for the late reply to your question. We now carry several different types of the L.E.D. Neon, different brightness, intensities & other features. Yes, I can get the colour changing L.E.D.'s however in my opinion they are not as bright as the single colour so you are correct that they offer good mood lighting but not much in the way of room illumination. Thanks for your enquirey, Glen
