redoing a 83 scamp fth wheel.has anybody redone the cabnit doors and if so what kind of wood and how thick is the wood? any ideas would help. thanks dave k

I discarded the incomplete set of very abused particle board doors that came with my Love Bug and made new ones out of box car siding. They look great and are light weight. The material is about 5/8" thick.

I really like looking at the topic Jeanne referenced. So many creative ideas. The doors in my Scamp are in great shape, picture frame style. Thinking about adding some pictures or wallpaper in the inserts.
