Things in my old trailer that go with the trailer to the new buyer because they are permanently mounted, and taking them out would leave less than stellar cosmetic flaws for him to deal with...
The TV.. I have asked the buyer if he will sell it back to me, but I have not heard from him on that one. I wouldn't blame him if he didn't, it would leave a hole that needs to be patched.
Most definately, I am duplicating the low voltage lighting I did in there. I have just ordered, all at once, replacement LED domes, drop in 194 bulbs and cold cathode lighting. I will need more of them as this trailer is bigger.
Before, I bought them a few at a time, so I didn't realize how much they added up to! A hundred bones!
Fortunately, they will be easier to mount in the new one and I can easily tap off the existing lines and switches.
Can't wait for them to get here!

I got the first one on THIS page.
They have fairly long wires and you can go direct into 12v, no power supply needed.
You WILL need a switch, however, to turn them off. See your local Radio Shack, or utilize switches in your current fixtures.

Gina, not to mess with your mind or anything, but if you really want to save energy you should change your LEDs so they flash on and off 30 times a second. Because of the way our eyes work they'll use half the energy compared to leaving them full on without any visible reduction in light levels. Some light & ultralight aircraft lighting systems do this to conserve on ampere draw.
Just think of it Gina . . . less energy draw . . . same light . . . oooohhhhh, you know you want it!
