Does anyone else have the see through LP tanks ? I picked mine up yesterday and am happy with it as I can now see for certain how much gas I have at a glance. Will they stay translutiont after years ? They are quite expensive 100 bucks on the internet but 80 from my local supplier filled.

What about the 10 pound Lite Cylinder, as discussed in Propane Tank Sizes? Donna, you pointed us to them... is their 10 pound not available?

By the way, I recently read an article in a 4x4 magazine about using propane (for engine fuel, not camping) in off-road vehicles, and their example used one of these translucent composite tanks, in the "forklift" style (removable, horizontal mount).
