Does any know where I can get replacement cabinet door latches for a '74 Trill?
They are the sort that have a little spring set button in them. Mine are so worn that they no longer hold the doors closed when under way.

Don't know if they are the same you want for the Trill, but I just replaced all of mine on an 81 13' Scamp at Lowes. They are called self closing hinges and are $1.79 per pair. About four or five color options. They also have the cabinet catches with the lil roller and spring assembly for about $.98.
Fit right in the existing holes. I am changing some over to SS 1/2 bolts and nylon lock washers if they have much weight to the door.

Ian...had same problem...found them at the RV dealer (about $12 each!!!) but you can't travel without a secure interior shg.gif I bought an extra set after ANOTHER original one broke on me during our Florida trip. So...buy some extras...not all RV places stock them as I was to discover. The good news is the latch socket doesnt need to be replaced...the handles/catches are still compatible with the 35 year old stock. 31.gif

.....in a recent re-do of our cupboards I found that the latches (not the hinges) were impossible (for me) to find, so I ended up taking all of mine apart, tweeking the l'il springs and while apart, painting the latches grey (to match new hinges) before re-assembly, worked for me!!!

Hi: Lee Valley Tools has an extensive line of hinges and cupboard hardware...not trailer specific but might work!!! 4.gif Alf S. North shore of Lake Erie 4.gif

An online store called "TJ Trailers" carries a very wide selection of goodies. I've ordered things from them before and been very satisfied.

Are the latches the same as these?
