#1: Brick ( 8 oz ) Room temp Cream cheese, can use low fat if you want.
#2: Packet of DRY Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix.
#3: Beer--Your choice. Enough to make dip desired consitancy.
Mix cream cheese and DRY mix until smooth. Slowly add small amounts of your favorite Beer, stirring thoroughly between each addition. Doing this keeps dip smooth. If you are going to eat right away, add enough Beer to make "dippible". If you are making ahead of serving, mix together a little on the thinner side. It tends to get thicker chilled.
I LOVE this dip with pretzels and playing cards.
