Reservations at the campground are accepted, but not for specific sites.
Sites are assigned / chosen on arrival. Camping fees are $29 per night, which includes all amenities:
right on Guntersville Lake, shaded campground spaces, about 2 miles off Hwy 227, decent bathrooms, fishing, marina, a swimming pool, indoor pool and sauna, mini golf, restaurant on site etc. Everything is included in the price, except the restaurant.

Made my reservation this morning. Looks like a great place! Should be lots of fun.

I'm looking for a head count on this trip. Who else do we have going, besides the Dillards, the Polites and the McHarvey's?

Three of us made it to the excursion... we were so busy sitting around, enjoying the unseasonably cool weather, we forgot to take pictures! Lake Guntersville is a nice find, this campground is really sweet! There was even hot water in the showers on Saturday and Sunday a.m. -- a rare find for me [as usually I don't make it to the showers that early in the a.m.]


Hope to see more of you there the next time we venture that way.
