I was having some issues with the cushions sliding around on the table surface when they were made into a bed. it was suggested that I put down those mesh rubber shelf liner/place mat things and it worked like a charm. It's so simple (you all likely knew it) just thought I'd pass that on.
I also wrap my stove top (cast iron) burners in the stuff when traveling.

....ditto here. Learned that 'trick' long time ago.
At first the
Trailer Goddess laughed at me for trying this, but quickly learned how well it works.

The same type of items are made for rugs and come in larger sizes.

Just a word I thought I'd throw in. I had a 2003 Scamp 16'. We always had that problem. Now I have a 2005 Casita 17' and I noticed that the back side of the cushion is like a vinyl material. First thing I noticed was how much better these cushions stayed in place.

mine are vinyl as well but it's the everyday stuff and slides like crazy on the wood table. the non-slip mesh works great and if I put the largest cushion on the outside, it holds the others in place much better. I found some very sticky area mat anti-slip mesh at Home Depot as well. that will be even better.
My next thought was to use one of those spacefoam mattress pad top thingies. I may do that as well, but more for the comfort.
