Hello!
The Buyers Check List is a great idea/tool.

My first impression was "how useful!"

After reading down the list it became apparent to me that I didn't have a clue to as what exactly I was looking for to differentiate quality between excellent and bad. It would be nice to have a quick description of each thing to be checked off. Maybe even a link or two for an in depth overview where needed.

It would be easy to look at the kitchen sink and say "looks good". However, given details as to what to look for, like; is it sealed and secured into the cabinet well, are all the pipes secured from the underside, are the knobs working, and turn in the appropriate direction, is the drain plug there,.. I think a laymen could make a better and more standard answer. Quality reviews are always in the details.

Also, If you added a column for notes, it would better complete the list.

Just my two cents, of unsolicited advice. I'll definitely come back for the list when it becomes time to look at a new RV.

Good suggestions and we appreciate it. Good/bad is subjective. As you know, what one person considers good... another wouldn't. The checklist is merely a starting point. It's through reading the forum and archives and asking questions one really gains knowledge. And you probably want that knowledge before purchasing. You wouldn't buy a car without knowing exactly what you want either. Taking notes is also good. I'd suggest taking a pad of paper and maybe a digital camera too. We had to be careful or else the buyers checklist would turn into a manual. We felt it needed to be small enough to fold and put in a pocket or purse.

Thanks for the feedback 4.gif
