This year's rally and fish fry will be held the weekend of May 15 16 & 17th at Shakamak State Park located near Jasonville, Indiana. The park is approximately 30 miles south of Terre Haute and 50 miles west of Bloomington, IN. The fish fry (fish provided and cooked by me) will be held Saturday evening around 6 PM, just bring your favorite side dish and enjoy good food and company.
I have reserved site #18, please reserve any site 8 thru 21 and 59 thru 64 so we can be together.

Site 17 at Shaq Attack State Park.
I'll try to keep all the hootin' and hollerin' to a minimum!
As is my habit, I'll be arriving the weekend before to have time to geocache and explore the area. Leaving the Monday after. After this miserable winter, I'm up for a full week off!

We won't be State-side till a week later.
Steve will really have a week off without needing to help fix his apprentice electricians screw ups.

I won't know what to do with my free time!

I see myself wandering around with wire crimps in hand looking forlorn

...The rest of the campers won't thank you!

Not to worry, Steve. I'm in the planning stages of re-doing electrical in our 1978 Trillium and need all the help I can get. I will bring my "schematic" for you to review with me, if you don't mind.

I didn't get Joe, Peggy, Lynda, Adrian and Judy.

Well, bits of elbows, tops of heads, south sides heading north, etc... I'd never make it as a professional photographer! Perhaps others can fill in...

I agree with Jim here,I hope Roy gets busy soon replenishing his stocks so we can do it again.
I had a good time and it was good company, weather ? and eatin!
Good Pics Steve aside of course from my empty chair in the shot,I must have been helping to get rid of some fish.
I really think the park was beautiful too and the front page pic really captures it.
Thanks to all who put it together and sign me up for next year!

Ed,
You're a bad, bad influence on me and I can't afford to meet up with you too often
I'm posting this from my new NC10 (from the trailer in the back yard, testing the house wifi). And I've already taken possession of a Suunto!
At least I've resisted the ham radio...for the moment!

Whew!! I finally figured out some computer/photo/resize/upload/download attach things and have some photos of the Fish Fry rally at Shakamak earlier this month. Mostly its my quick tour of the rigs. Sorry if yours wasn't included, or the composition is not the best. I was on my way to the fish fry and hungry!

Roy was the Fish Friar, right down to the sandals.

Things were a little tricky when the first batch of fish went in and Roy danced away a bit to keep his bare toes out of the splattering of hot oil.
No Chip Monk, but that's a good idea! Since we already have the hot oil, maybe next year, if I remember, I'll bring some precut potatoes for fries. Ummm! Fish and Chips!
Good job with the pictures Marv!

You caught a couple faces I missed.

Can you make it a week later next year? I would love to come, since it is a close one, but this is the weekend that I am frantically getting my grades done to be turned in.
