I plan to be in Winterpeg, Eggless an Trailer Goddess free for the period of July 22rd till July 27/28st!! Weekend is booked with 150 year family re onion and car show n shines either at Fony Corral or out in Trashconna!!!

Could it be the way you're describing it no one knows what you're talking about? I can't find anything for this event in the calendar either. Post details if you know them and maybe you'll get others to join in the fun.

He's right though, I haven't heard from that crew in a bit. Sorry to say that I won't be that way myself until sometime in August.

We'll be there in early August with Burro (likely) in tow. Any chance of a gathering then?

Information on the 'First Annual Winnipeg Meet" Is in the Informal Get to Gethers over on the Bolerama Forums site.

Donna, the above falls in line with our conversation. There was a (smallish) thread started a while back about (possibly) a meet tentively to be held in Birds Hill Provincial Park, other places were thrown around due to some other events going on at/near the 'PIT" (and for Donna's sake, the Pit IS a term used to describe Birds Hill Park because it started life as a huge gravel pit) at that time.
I believe that at least one other event location was St. Malo. The thread WAS posted here (I don't frequent the other Glass Trailer Communitys), ....Ian, can you remember any more details!!

P.S. I'll be in THAT town ( the Windy City) for about a week, commencing July 22 or 23, so we MIGHT miss each other!

Oh well, May comes before June OR July.... (need more lights fixed, LOL ???)

I just stumbled on the post about this Winnipeg meet. It is waaay down in the archives of events. Dated Oct 10, 2008 started by Scott S (from Winnipeg) headed up with "1st Annual Winnipeg Gathering", I'm NOT loosing it afterall!!!
