Um, I think he may be interested in a travel trailer. 
For many people, "Camper" is a generic word for any recreational vehicle, to distinguish it from a more permanent "Trailer" which I would call a "Mobile Home".
My relatives in Arkansas call their 30' double slide Travel Trailer a "Camper".
The guys from Georgia who bought my Compact Jr.
call it a "Camper".
