Lucky for us Lake Corpus Christi State Park is less then 15 miles from our house, so we were able to drop off the camper and go back home and get the boat. We also met a man there with a 1983 16ft casita, and we told him all about the forums and the rallies

it is convenient thats its so close, we go there several times a year, mainly in the winter
