As everyone knows it takes a lot to put on this successful gathering. Many hands make light work for all. Please step up to the plate and volunteer... you'll be glad you did!

Many volunteers are needed for the Oregon Gathering... both to work and to bring things. Please read over the list below and post in this topic if you can do/bring any these things.

100 Wooden Stakes for Pickets from Home Depot-type store - 1-1/2 X 3/4 X 24" (20-Donna)(80-Ellen and Bret)

Nancy is busier than ... I don't know what, but Donna and I have stepped up to the plate to get the word out. Donna posted this and I'll keep the top post updated at least once each day until ALL the needs have been met. Thank you all so much for helping out (in advance).

For the new participants that haven't signed up, because they're not certain what will be expected on them... none of it's hard and all of it is fun and certainly helpful.

For instance, setup and cleanup for the numerous potluck activities entails setting up the tables... they're all stacked nearby. When the activity is over, wiping down the tables and stacking them up where you got them! Then walk around and police the area looking for little bits of stray paper and bottle caps, etc. Fortunately the participants are neat and take care of disposing of their trash. There are several plastic sacks for garbage disposal that will be strategically placed around the potluck area. Then when you walk back to your trailer site, you take a garbage bag and dispose of it in the dumpster(s) provided by the park.

DONE. See that's not hard!
