I am helping my father-in-law sell his Casita. it has been used exactly 3 times since it was purchased. the details are:

2007 Casita M-16 Freedom DLX

- Air Conditoner
- Small Refrigerator
- Water Heater
- Cabinetry upgrade
- Inverter
- Power roof vent

Unit is in 'as new' condition. Trailer is located on the Olympic Pennisula in Washington state.

Asking - $ 12,500

We are looking to buy a Casita. Do you have the dry weight available? I received a quote from Casita for a new 2009 Freedom Deluxe at $13,176. I was wondering if you could give me a little more information. I would like to know what the upgrades are and how they effected the original price. We are in the market right now and are serious buyers.

Is this trailer still available? I was hoping for one a bit older (read cheaper) but it may be worth looking at.
