Don't leave the rest of us in the dark! What is it? It sure looks yummy!

Lasagna. Nancy and I will be visiting Gina Tuesday and it seems that every visit we have Italian. Manicotti is the only Italian dish I have left, so I guess we'll only get to visit one more time.

No wonder it looks so good! Hubby loves lasagna. I haven't made it in years, it's a lot of work!

Lucky you getting to see Gina, we hope to be able to go visit her sometime.

Italian is not our regular fare, it just freezes better. Kung Pao, not so well!

Lizbeth: Prep is everything. We make a big batch of sauce and freeze it in 1 and 2 cup containers. Anytime during the day you can boil the noodles, cool them with cold water, and coat them in olive oil. Then just line up your ingredients in pans, small tubs and/or bowls and assemble.

This is a CIA recipe (not that CIA...maybe). The prep time is about 10 min. (with frozen sauce and pre-boiled noodles) and 15 minutes assembly. One hour to cook and 15-30 minutes to set.

Well...sorry to say that our son, and his fiends, er friends, ate the leftovers. But we'll pick up dogs at the Am/Pm on the way!
