I'm new to this site , my wife and i are looking to purchase our first camper and we believe a 13ft (fixer upper is okay)would handle our basic needs. we are looking for something for those quick getta aways , as we are new empty nesters. I'm not to specific on make or models as long as it it something that is structural sound...other mods i can handle....looking for something light enough to be towable with a 6cyl jeep....thanks in advance for any referrals

Hello, I'm selling mine, however I do live in Boise, so if you can't find one down there in So. Cal, just give me a jingle and we can maybe figure out something. You can see pictures in the for sale section.

Our 13 foot 1978 Trillium will be for sale shortly. We are in San Diego. We have been towing with a 4 cylinder Nissan pickup. We have camped and traveled from California to the end of Long Island, several times, and from Florida in the south to Maine across to Washington state in the north. The trips we took were about 6-7 weeks, living entirely in the Trillium with our two small dogs. The Trillium was towed over some 12,000 foot passes in Colorado with our pickup.

We are the second owners and have had it about 8 or 10 years. We have had no problems with it, but it could use a spruce up and a polish. We last camped in it about 10 months ago when we took a trip to Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, and Glacier National Park. We came back by way of Puget Sound and the coastal route. It does have a porta-potty, and the original working 3 way refrigerator and furnace, but we have never used them, although we did check the fridge to make sure it worked. It also has a sink and water tank. I believe the only alteration to the interior was the addition of some new upholstery covers, curtains, and bungee tiedowns for the cargo shelf. We purchased a new battery when we bought it, and had it set up so that the battery recharged during towing. The removable Uhaul hitch that we used for towing is also available to go with the trailer. We are selling because of my husband's illness.

I would be glad to answer any questions I can or to email photos. I have not yet gotten around to posting our trailer in the for sale section.

Hi -

I am in Los Angeles, and I will be putting my Trillium 4500 Deluxe up for sale this week. It is slightly longer at 15 feet, but is still about the same weight as the 13 footers and easily towable with your vehicle.

The big advantage is that it has a bathroom and a queen sized bed, which the 13 footers do not have.

Send me a message with your phone number if you are interested.
