Hello, I'm looking for a well-maintained and clean 16 foot Scamp trailer - Layout #4 or #6 with the bathroom (toilet/shower), everything in proper working order, and body in good shape (ie. my dream egg!). Must have fridge/freezer, furnace, and 3 spd roof fan. Other options would be bonus!

I'm located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada so I can travel in western Canada or northwestern US, or meet you part-way.

While the price is a little bit of a concern, I'd be willing to pay for a unit that has been taken care of, and has more options.
