I have a 1984 13' Burro in mint condition. It has been in a pole building unused since the mid 1990's and before that it was used sparingly but always stored inside. It still has that glossy shine to the outside and the inside is just as nice.
It has an icebox, 2 burner stove and a sink. I just towed it about 100 miles, wheels look good and the bearings were cool.
