1986 Casita 16' Lightweight Fiberglass camper.

It's been raised up 6" from stock and has brand new 15" rims and tires instead of the stock 13". So plenty of ground clearance for boon-docking.
Toilet has been removed but we still have and it goes with camper, we wanted the storage room.
Brand new cushions from factory.
Brand new tile floor.
Brand new door hinges (no sagging).
Brand new rims, tires and Spare tire/rim.
A/C works, Fridge works on all 3 (Propane/Electric/ 12v) Hot Water tank leaks, needs fixing or replacement.
Furnace works and will blast you out. Brand new roof vent cover.
2 burner stove works.

Quick edit to this post, I took the tape measure to the camper and it's acutally a 16' er bumper to hitch... My bad.
