EDIT: I don't know what it was. Twice I used that URL and went to some ad driven junk page. but now it is working fine. Internet gremlins I guess.....

To replicate what Kyle experienced you have to google:

It is the 3rd link in the google results and the redirect to an ad page only occurs the first time - after that it shows the low-fi version of the FG site.

It's looking like it might be the FGRV tiny link having issues with the redirects as the domain url123.info is a redirect service.
