Living in the Cincinnati, Ohio area, looking for a 21' Bigfoot Travel Trailer for fulltiming.
Prefer later model, hoping to stay under $20k.

If you're looking to full-time, check out the difference in the floor plan between the 21' & 25'. Those four extra feet... NIRVANA!

But my wife still thinks it will be too cold in Cincinnati winters and that it won't retain its value for resale (if we decide not to keep it).

What Donna said. The walk around bed alone is worth considering the 25'. We love our 21RB but after more than a week or two making the corner bed would be a nagging problem.

I agree if I was filltiming I would rather have the extra sorage and walkaround the bed!
