Interesting. An older ad on Tin Can Tourists shows the back door also, and shows that it was "Sold" this summer (asking price then was $1000). Same address as the current Craigslist ad, so maybe the deal fell through.

It did sell earlier this summer and must have fallen thru. It is also SOLD again.

FYI, I wouldn't recommend using tiny urls or any url shortening services as they can pose a well-known security risk. Most forums are banning the use of them now.
