That would work pretty good for a quick deterrent while in a campground but not in long term storage as someone could easily jack up that tire and put a new one in it's place...... I use a simple MasterLock Slide Cable type and put it thru the spoke of the wheel and go thru a frame/axle area and slide it tight so said wheel cannot be removed and replaced with another.

Good points Joe. I wonder if lockable lug nuts should be used too... or maybe this is best used by someone with a U-Haul, since most of those have a different type of wheel.
