I just found in the Caravaning magazine a very interesting, permanently attached gadget to maneuver an RV trailer around. I am hoping to check costs with a local dealer but would not be surprise if it is high.

Here is a
UK site offering it for 795 european currency. I know that's not the symbol for the Euro, I think it's for Franc, but may be Pound.
Here is manufacturer
pdf which shows how it works and is installed.

The symbol is for British pound, which would make the base model at 795 pounds roughly equivalent to $1300 US, I think.
We found these a year ago or so on the web, but the price and lack of a local dealer sent us to the EZ Tug instead. Our Oliver is at the max of its tongue weight, but it still works better than strained backs for three of us pushing it into the tight space between the garage and behind the tree.... We reduce the tongue weight a bit by asking a friend to sit on the rear bed while we guide the trailer back.
The truma sure looks slick, though, and I'm sure has more oomph than the EZTug.

Yes, that's British Pounds and the exchange rate is $1.62 American. So that would make the SE model 1395 pounds X$1.62=$2,259.90 US. Yikes!
