Although the local uhaul place was less than helpful getting me a spare wheel, I was able to order one from the Norfolk uhaul shop.
The wheel is about $25 and the tire is $50 something. I went ahead and ordered the tire as I need one anyhow.
If you are in need for the same, the man's name is Gene and his number is :
1-800-796-8476.
As stated elsewhere in this site, the part number is 23516006. This is the only way they have to identify this part. Asking for a "camper wheel" will not work.

You got a great price! We had to pay much more for our new rims from U-Haul ($70 each including shipping to the west coast).
Happy travels,

It cost us $70.00. Consider all of us lucky. Many have not been able to get them at all. I know one owner who was told by his UHaul dealer that his trailer was stolen property, that he would not get wheels from UHaul to equip a trailer that was stolen. The assumption was made by the dealer that since UHaul does not sell that type of thing, it must have been stolen from them.

Ours is also a UHaul repair place. I am not sure whether or not that matters or not, but these guys are used to ordering parts. What they have to do is to order it themselves and then sell it to you.
