Hi, I am looking to buy a 17 foot escape or casita trailer on Vancouver Island, Vancouver area or Western Washington. Must be non-smoker and no pets. Son has severe asthma. I just (reluctantly) posted my 17' 2008 Escape Plan 'B' for sale. I have no idea about the gasses you are talking about. I love my camper and am sad to be putting it up for sale.
Barbara, a lot of modern materials with glues (including plywood's, Arborite) or petroleum based products like foam for cushions 'outgas' for a duration after they are produced. There are many concerns about how these gases affect people's health, especially those who have weakened immune systems.
