It makes me sad to have to do this, but we need to sell our 1992 Casita 16' Spirit Deluxe. Our family has grown out of this trailer and we need to "up-size". Everything listed below is in good working order:

Bath sink/shower
1-year old Les Schwab trailer tires
LCD tv
DVD player
2-burner stove
We've kept the trailer very clean. It is thoroughly winterized every year and we keep it tarped year round. The exterior is in good shape, not "chalky". We had it professionally detailed and waxed one year ago
