2 burner stove, Large Fridge, Heater, Porta Potti in front room, Battery(charged by TV, Dual LP tanks.
year 1996 $5000
Water system has leak,hot water ???. Awning broke(have part)

What have you modified or repaired to request a price increase please? In what condition is the sub-flooring and what material is on the floor? What has been done with the water leak? Are the water lines and pipes still now frozen, or has the unit been winterized?

I will be raising the price till spring when it will be easier to sell. At spring I will sell for $6000. There is no water in the unit the porta potti I use the pink stuff in cold and that is empy now also. I have had a good response from my ads, especially with this economy. Thanks for you ??
