Full Version: Dad lost his job

Another good read from MSN. Okay, so the trailer is big enough to hold 3-4 eggs and it's a monster truck to-boot, but fulltiming is fulltiming and it's still special when there are kids involved.

Dad lost his job, so this family lives on the road

PirateSmile.gif Not a sad story at all, get handed a lemon (lost job), they make lemonade (traveling & seeing the USA)! As you mentioned, their RV Home is bigger & better than maybe 3/5 of the world's population and many of the poor in the USofA; not only that he found a job where he can work out of the RV. To top it off, it all happen when the kids can enjoy it. exactly.gif I hope they are.

Thanx.gif for the post!

The Dudley's are friends of my sister and we started full-timing about the same time. We emailed a bit in the beginning, they obviously went a different direction in RV hardware than our fiberglass RV choice. I remember when I first saw their tow vehicle, I had never seen anything that monstrous. Congratulations to them on their national exposure!

Maybe the media will take the next step and look at not just the mobility lifestyle for sustainability, but also a downsized American dream and learning to make more of less, including the size of RV's and tow vehicles. Viva la Fiberglass!

Lighten up, choose happy.
