Hello to all, and hopefully there may be a member or 2 located in the Orillia/ Barrie area?

I am given to understand there is a Cadet trailer for sale on Atterly Road in Orillia, near Casinorama, which was noticed by one of the members here.

If anyone in the Orillia/ Barrie area, that may be able to obtain the contact info from this trailer, I would be so grateful, as it would save a 2 hour drive for me.
NOT that I am being lazy, just trying to conserve energy/ fuel.
I would/ will gladly make the journey, once I was able to speak with the seller, and obtain the necessary info to make a decision.

I am truly hoping this is the ONE for me, lol!

Thank you in advance and my contact info/ e-mail addy is available in my profile.

Kind regards, Jake. Thanx.gif

Hello again all:

Sorry, i just realized that I listed the wrong street in Orillia.

The street is actually Atherley Rd, and the trailer is near the Tim Horton's there.

Thanks again for any help you can provide.

Regards, Jake.
Raya L.
Is it close enough to the Tim Horton's that you could call them and ask someone to pop out and get the number for you?

Hee, hee! roflol.gif

I wish I had the nerve to ask, lol!

I was just hoping not to have to drive 2 hours each way, + gas
before at least speaking with the seller/owner, as to it's condition.

If I do not hear from someone in the area by tomorrow, I will drive up myself.

Thanks for the idea though,
Regards, Jake.

OK Jake - Here is some info for you.

A sign on the Cadet says it is a 1987 15 foot Captain model. Sleeps 3. Comes with new tires and propane tank. Says it does not leak. Asking $4800.

At first glance it looks a little tough but it needs a good clean up. Some cracking and dings on the exterior. Quite weathered. Also old sticker residue to be cleaned off. A few broken items like clearance lamp, cupboard handles. From what I could see, the interior looks pretty good (peering thru the windows).

No one was around and I did not go over it in great detail. This fellow has had a couple of trailers for sale in his yard for years. Seems to flip a few each year.

See PM for telephone number.

Thanks again for the info Will.
Hmmmm, $4800, for a rough Captin, seems to be a bit much, but I will follow up and see what comes of it?

Again, thank you for the contact info
Cheers, Jake.

Well, nothing came of it, as the person has not replied, and I really want a Cadet, NOT the Captain model, although if the price was cheap enough, one would be worth considering.

So, officially, I am looking for a Cadet trailer, anywhere, literally, I will travel for one, at the right price.

Thank you.
Jake.

Bryan, your Captain looks great, very nice.

A few graphics on the side, and It would look
like a New trailer!

I am keeping my eye out for a Captain as well as a Cadet now.
Hey, you never know, although both were produced in very
limited numbers.
Bit of a challenge, but it's almost winter, so no rush, just gives me
more time to look, and hopefully, if one camoes available in the winter,
it might be a really good buy????

Happy Camping,
Jake.
