We're thinking of stepping up to a 16' Scamp or 17' Casita, so the Pacer may be up on the chopping block. In the last three years I have either refurbished or replaced just about everything except the shell and frame. It is 100% turn-key, ready to go. (Well, it has been sitting for a while so it probably needs a good wax / polishing.)

New pergo flooring in the galley area and carpet under the dinette/bunk
Completely new subfloor (3/4") marine grade birch. No OSB anywhere in this rig.
Brand new cushions and covers from Scamp ($700)
New maple cabinet doors and drawers, to include all hardware
Intellipower converter with charge wizard
Norcold DC0040 fridge which runs ice cold. I think it's 1.9 cubic feet.
New shurflo faucet and pump, all new hoses and fittings
New 2 burner cooktop, range hood re-powdercoated to match
Pretty much all new wiring throughout, new marker lights & taillights
Dual 6V golf cart batteries (220 ah reserve) You can dry camp in 95 degree heat in July with the fridge blasting for a week straight. No joke.
new tires, dog dish hubcaps, propane tank, closet shelving, wheeled trailer jack, curtains, etc, etc. 12 gallon water tank. Also new 7 pin wiring.

Everything I've done has been refurbished to better than original standards. Another nice thing about the Pacer vs. Scamp is the huge side window. Other than that, they're pretty much the exact same thing. I don't know the exact weight, but have pulled this thing all over the west coast from Washington state to Phoenix, L.A., Great Basin, Crater Lake etc with a 4 cylinder Tacoma and have never had any issues. It pulls great and doesn't sway or bob, and the torsion axle rubber is in good condition. Not sure of the weight, I think Perris list weight is 960# or something like that. Obviously the heavier duty flooring and dual bateries will add a few pounds to this.

I'm 3.5 / 4 hours from San Francisco, 2 hours from Sacramento, 8 hours from L.A., 6 hours from Vegas, 8 from SLC, and about 10 hours from Portland.

I'd be looking for $5000, which I think is pretty fair considering this is a turn-key rig. I have seen ones in far poorer condition and not near the amount of detail and attention sell for near the same price. These are just a few photos I have from when I was doing work on the trailer. They're all I have right this second, but should give you some idea of the condition. If there's legit interest, I'll take and post some more pics. I'm just kind of gauging the sale potential at this point. Thanks.

Angelo, I have 2 questions. Is the old Basque family style restaurant still in business and does your trailer have a heater?

Which one? We have the JT Bar, the Overland Hotel, and the Country Club. All excellent although the first is my personal favorite, as evidenced by the bumper sticker on my pickup below.

The trailer does not have a heater built in. I use a Coleman power cat (catalytic) which I will include with the camper. It keeps it very warm, even on the lowest setting. I actually prefer this one because it's just one less maintenance headache, I don't have to haul around extra weight in the warm months, and get *just* a little bit more storage space when it's left at home.

I used to live in Dayton about 20 years ago.
I can't remember the name, but I think there was a bar in the front the long family style trestle table in the back room. We ate there quit a bit because the prices were reasonable, the food was great and you never left hungry.
As I remember there was a small Casino on the Corner and it was next door.
If you get serious about selling your trailer let me know and I will make a side trip and look at it.
