Trailer Name the Beaners Boler
Year 1979
Make Boler
Model 1700-79 Ser#62167
Length 17
History This Boler 17 was made in Earlton, Ontario May 1979, by Earlton Manufacturing Co. Ltd.
Weight is 1157 KG 2350 LB
GVW is 1361 KG 3000 LB
Interior
Original interior layout. Walls are painted, cupboards are painted. Foam is original. Floor has a new layer of plywood and peel and stick tiles? Walls are covered with a Popcorn foam and vinyl. Not Ensolite. It's thicker and open cell. Bad news is it gets wet, good news is water goes right through it and then it is dry again. Leaks may be easy to find.

Exterior
It's original, lots of spider cracks and bubbles under the gel coat that show the mat underneath. Other places it looks like the gel coat could be lifted off in pieces. PO smeared silicone over every crack, rivet and around windows. Frame is a little rusty in the rear sections. Under the trailer is fiberglass, no wood visible.

Customization
Plywood floor added over the original floor. Time to see what is under this floor. I don't need the added weight of 2 floors.
The under floor is rotten and wet, pulled it all out.

Renovations
Repaint and update the interior. Fix the exterior fiberglass and paint.
Check out the frame, rust seems to be mostly just on the surface, time to take a hammer to it and see how good or bad it is.

Other Information
Everything works in the trailer, plastic parts are brittle and breaking, galley counter top has moisture damage.

Tow Vehicle
2001 Pontiac Montana with 230,000+ KM on it. Not sure if a 14 year old van is up to the job.
We have owned it since new. I am going to add a transmission oil cooler and new fluid. First time for new fluid there. If it is not broken don't fix it.
