1968 boler side reflectors

Hello I've noticed a lot of bolers have either side lights or side reflectors. I believe mines a 68 and doesn't have any? I like the look with them on and was wondering if I should add them ?

Yes I would, but go with led markers they will look nicer and keep the trailer safer.. Most marker lights are made to be grounded to the body but being fiberglass you will need to run a separate ground wire.

My only fear is that by adding these that I am changing the original 1968 outer body . Any other thoughts out there?

From what I've read in 1000's of posts is that folks here make their TT's personal to them and don't try to keep them original. Do what makes you happy with the outcome and look.

Agree. Think of it like a "68 VW Beetle: vintage, but hardly so rare as to obligate faithful restoration to factory original. Like a Beetle, Bolers have lots of room for modern improvements. Lighting is one. Go for it!
