Yeahhhhh.... Now you went and did it! These are great units. The double axels are great. Please try to get to the Oregon Gathering. You will love it!!! Maybe you could "Convoy" with Fred and Robert. You will find many ideas, and the people are the greatest Welcome to the club.

Let me add my congratulations and welcome! Fiberstream is a quality trailer and you should enjoy it for many years to come. I remember seeing them brand new when the dealer was on El Cajon Blvd. in El Cajon in 1980 or so!

Regarding the lights, clean the sockets, but recognize that 99% of all lighting failures on fiberglass trailers are related to ground issues. The other 1% are ground issues. Find and clean your ground(s)! ALL of them!

<whispered... psst... over here... quietly...> Let me give just one word of advice and caution... Frederick will be a superb resource for you while you bring your trailer up to snuff, just don't leave him by himself outside for any time at all or your exterior hatch door might disappear...

Hi Frederick!

Hi Frederick!

Roger
Kim, you'll be just fine... just don't let me hitch up without STRICT adherance to my rather lengthy checklist... And if you find a cargo hatch door along I-40 eastbound between Tucumcari and Amarillo, IT'S MINE!

Hello Everyone!!!!

I went for it and am extremely HAPPY! I even got a better deal than the asking price. The trailer has been named "Fiona." She really is in EXCELLENT condition and was ready to go. I have a minor issue with the brake lights but am sure I can fix it easily enough. I have power to the tail lights, however, the bulbs are very dim in reaction. I can see the connections are dirty so, I am going to clean everything up and it should be just fine. I have a classic Volvo (66 1800) and have had this same problem. In case there is more to this issue, I know where i can get great advice and suggestions.

I am so excited to be part of this group. Thank you again for all your responses.

Kim
I just wanted to add my welcome also and especially to another Volvo lover. Would your 66 be a Jensen model? Keep them Rolling!

Congratulations Kim! You've falling into the 10% category...people who find a trailer at a reasonable price for sale in their home town! Lots of folks are envious. You must have been a very good girl this year and Santa came to you early.

Kim, you will have a great time with the Fiberstream. Try to come to the Oregon Gathering. We are still working on our newly purchased Fiberstream, so we will probably be in our Scamp. We saw Fiberstreams in Oregon last year and really liked the layout, Wew ere lucky to find one in our area, but not the great deal you got. We would love to see it and meet you.
