My dearest, it rained.
Young son was recovering from a broken wrist and so Lego was the best activity for the week, in the rain.
Boler dining room table was ideal. Rain was OK. Lego is great!
Day after day after day, the charcoal and the wood, the ash and the flames. My hair is dusty. My hair is ash-orange, it is dusty, my skin is dusty, my brand-new morning clothes have ash.
And charcoal marks.
Speak to the woman who works all summer, engage with her. Know she showers at will.
Then at home...
Be glad for the flush, have happiness for the hot water.
Wander out again soon.
