5 years of dreaming comes to fruition

5 years ago we bought our first house, around the corner was a sweet little yellow Boler sitting in the carport of a house where two little old ladies live. My wife and I had always wanted a Boler and talked about knocking on the door to see if they would sell it, two years ago my wife asked them and they said they would have to talk to a family member and we didn't hear anything back. In the meantime we bought our first Boler, a 1971 needing a pile of work and we've been picking away at it and using it. I haven't stopped thinking about the yellow one since and by the prodding of a friend went back last week and left a note for them, they called me on saturday and said why don't you come and look at it on sunday! On monday the little yellow Boler made it to my house I then listed the old white one and it's on it way to it's new owner on Sunday. The first pic is where it was sitting calling my name for 5 years

Congratulations!

Hard to see from the pics because of that white stuff, but is that a flat roof? It looks like an early one as the lights aren't recessed. Is there ensolite inside?

More info and pics would be great!!!

It does look like a flat top in those pics, but it's not. It's a 1970, I thought from the colors that it was a 76 for the whole time but when I went to look at it I was surprised. The tail lights her brother put on there, they are just run of the mill trailer lights but Im looking for something nicer looking. Thanks for the complements, I'll add interior pics later...it's not all that exciting right now

Clive,
If you click on the photo under the carport, you can easily see the raised roof.

Looks like the back end was cut out. Maybe for some sort of bumper added by a P/O? Can you tell if anything was mounted to the frame?

Ya, it's definateley been cut out at the back. It has no bumper an it doesn't look like it had one, i think they cut it out because it's so low and they probably did some damage Does anyone know if they were ever made without a bumper?
