I picked up a calendar from them, think the next one is March 2. I think I'll take that one in too after what you said.

The big Three swap meet at Qualcom Stadium in San Diego On February 21st 22nd and 23rd is another amazing swap meet it is open from noon on Friday to like 5:00 pm and all day on Saturday and again on Sunday. On Sunday stuff has been packed up and people are leaving. This swap meet is really great on Saturday. You find stuff there that is really old you wont see anywhere else. Not so much a car show. There is an area for cars for sale but much smaller than Pomona. You will see old motorcycles and car parts from the teens. Last year there were a couple of Stanly Steamers they are a favorite of mine but you don’t see them anywhere else except a museum.

Hey, thanks for the info! I'll put that on my calendar too.
Those 60s Broncos are my fav 4x4 but have never owned a 4x4.
Had a great time at the LA roadster show. Met up with a couple of
Comet owners and took some pics. These are pretty rare cars these days
with only 6-9thousand built of the one with the white interior.
Having representation from all the years that used that roof makes these
pics special to me.

One of the neet things that happened to us was our Boler was used as a backdrop for a photoshoot. Saved us a bit on the rent !
A fellow that I met a couple of blocks from our RV place has a car like mine, he stopped in for a visit one day.

Couldn't believe how long it's been since I posted some travel pics!
This is Sunday morning in New Meadow Id.

We are on our way to SoCal but the route has changed this year!!
The weather has been CRAZY the last couple days and after a couple of route changes we are sitting in a motel in Ely NV.
We decided to try to go around the storm to Vegas but the storm would have none of that and blasted us with snow, sleet and rain on a fairly constant basis.
So we are hoping to be able to use our boler at Sam's Town in Vegas
Lucky we didn't go through Portland as usual,, we could be floating down a river in Northern CA.!!
At one point I would bet we were carrying 100 lbs of ice, slush and crud in the boler!!

I thought you always came south to get out of the cold. Looks like your bringing it with you. Have a safe trip.

MMMM, seems like when friends or relatives come and visit and the weather turns bad, they're the ones blamed for bring it.
Maybe Fred's the one to blame for this storm

You might want to consider blaming someone else cause we'll be in SoCal for 2 months and that's a LOTTA rain at the rate it's falling now!! lol

One thing I've really noticed since we started coming to Ca. for a winter break is the quality of the internet wifi, great service most anywhere!
