On both of my trailers I use small bungee cords on the trailer plugs to add a extra layer of safety. Expeciallt the 25' one with electric brakes.

Bravo on the new attitude! I agree with Nancy, starting that trip when feeling so poorly had to be very difficult. Glad to hear you made up with your sweetie and christened it with a Martini!
Have you selected a name yet? hmmm...you could have fun with your story as inspiration!

Welcome to the club! You'll soon grow to looooove your Scamp!

I think us Canadians are going to have to keep telling everyone about "The Handyman's Secret Weapon" Yeah! Red Green Show, let's hear it for Harold!
What has happened to the RedGreen Show. I can't find it in the TV guide anymore?
Last show was broadcast Friday, April 7. Good-bye Brave Handyman!

No worries, though! I'm sure repeats will go on for a long long time.

And knowing CBC, there will be "Red Green on Ice" next winter.... Oooh, imagine Harold in a tutu! Something to look forward to?

Moderators: please provide a "Harold (from Red Green) in a tutu and hockey skates smiley" for occasions such as this.

Thank you.

Okay, okay, I am going to my room now.

(As the thread slowly veers away from Lisa's first trip...)

And speaking of Red Green, youse guys (Canadians) also had a really cool science fiction show starring Rick Green (Bill, from Red Green) called Prisoners of Gravity. Now THAT was a while ago. Thank goodness for channel 9 in Windsor.

Already available: Red Green Online Store

No, I'm not a fan of the show, I just knew it would likely be on DVD...

Information is good. Lack of information is not so good, but misinformation is much worse. Check facts, and apply common sense liberally.
